Automated first-line triage for MSPs

Client alerts that say where it broke, then the likely cause, under your name

Stop losing sleep over 3 AM alerts: the alert says where it broke, then the AI does the first round of troubleshooting and sends the likely cause in a follow-up note, within the plan's monthly AI allowance. On-call wakes up to a lead, not a mystery. Every client gets its own organisation, with status pages and reports under your name.

Every client is its own organisation
Multi-tenant from the first client: each organisation has its own monitors, its own incident history and its own status page, all under one account you sign in to once. Nothing you hand a client or a tech can leak another client’s data.
White-label pages on your domain
Your logo, your title, your colours, status.theirdomain.com. Nothing on the served page mentions us — clients see your brand doing the watching, not a tool you resold. Branded, shareable client reports come with it.
Bring the whole roster in one file
Import monitors from a CSV: name, type, target, interval, region, thresholds, up to 2,000 rows at a time. Run it as a dry run first and nothing is created until you say so. Export the same columns back out whenever you need a copy.
Escalation when nobody answers
If the first alert isn’t acknowledged in time, a second contact gets paged — so a missed page doesn’t turn into a missed outage.
Alerts that don’t cry wolf
One region watches each site; before we page, other regions are asked whether they can still reach it. Carrying on-call for twenty clients, fewer false alarms isn’t a luxury — it’s whether your techs still read the alerts.
Survives a cloud outage
Monitoring runs on two independent clouds across several regions. When one provider has a bad day, your clients’ alerting keeps working.

Pricing that matches how you bill

The MSP plan is $99/mo and includes 10 client organisations. Additional clients are $10 each per month, added and removed as your roster changes. If you bill even $30–50/mo for “website monitoring” as a line item, the margin speaks for itself — and your cost grows with your revenue rather than ahead of it.

No sales calls, no contracts, no annual commitment required. The numbers are on the page, same as everything else. See the plans →

Reports you can forward

Each client gets a shareable status page or report link covering their sites and nobody else's, with your branding on it. It is the thing you send at the QBR to show the retainer earned its keep, and there is no login to hand out.

The part your current tool probably can't answer

When a client's site goes down, the first question is always was it us? A timestamped incident record answers it: whether the host was unreachable, DNS stopped resolving, a certificate expired, or the client's own developer pushed something on a Friday afternoon. It's a neutral, timestamped account you can forward — which means fewer 11pm “what happened?” emails and a lot less blame that isn't yours.

Outgrew Uptime Kuma?

Plenty of MSPs start on Kuma. It's genuinely good software and it's free. But it's a single node: it dies with the server it runs on, it often sits inside the network it's supposed to be watching, and when a client asks why nobody was alerted, there's no vendor behind it. You arguably outgrew it the day you took on your second client. How the two compare →

Try it on real clients for 30 days

MSPs have been burned by tool vendors before, so: the first 30 days are free. Set it up on real client sites, send a branded report, see how the alerting behaves on your own roster.

We do ask for a card up front — the MSP plan is our premium tier and it isn't a throwaway signup — but you aren't charged during the trial. If it hasn't earned a place in your stack, cancel before day 30 and that's the end of it.
