UptimeTwin is open

October 1, 2026 · The UptimeTwin team

Four monitoring regions, each running on two independent clouds, joined by a steady heartbeat line.

Today, October 1, 2026, UptimeTwin opens its doors.

We built it around one idea: your monitoring should still be standing on the day something big falls over. That is the day you need it most, and too often it's the day it goes quiet.

Built for the bad day

Most monitoring runs on one cloud. When that provider has a rough hour, the checks stop, the alerts stop, and you find out from a customer.

UptimeTwin runs on two independent clouds at the same time, checking from four regions: US West, US East, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Every one of those regions runs from more than one datacenter. Both clouds are live all the time, so if one provider has a bad day, the other keeps checking and keeps alerting. You can read exactly how it fits together on our reliability page.

Alerts you can trust

A monitor that cries wolf gets muted, and a muted monitor is no monitor at all. So a check has to fail several times in a row before we alert you: three by default, and you can change it per monitor. For HTTP, TCP, SSL and UDP checks, a second region also re-checks your site before the alert goes out.

When we do get in touch, it's because something is really down.

What you get today

Our paid plans launch at founding prices. Sign up at the founding rate and you keep it for as long as your subscription stays active, even if prices go up later. Details are on the pricing page.

Adding a second layer, or making the switch

You don't have to rip anything out to start. Run UptimeTwin alongside the monitoring you already have, as an independent second opinion that doesn't share its cloud. If your current setup has ever gone quiet during an outage, that's the gap we close.

And when you're ready to move over completely, everything lives in one place: your monitors, your alerts and, on Pro, Business and MSP, a public status page for your customers.

Mobile is on the way

Free iOS and Android apps are coming soon, so you can check your UptimeTwin account from your phone. They aren't out yet, and we'll post here when they are. Your monitoring keeps running on our servers either way; the apps will be one more window onto your account.

Thank you
